Facebook & Instagram Import Listings

The following instructions will guid your through how to import your Etsy Listings from Embed360 into your Facebook and Instagram Shop Catalogs.

1. Navigate to: https://business.facebook.com/commerce/ and log into your FB Shop, then click +Add Catalog under the Catalogs section below your Commerce Accounts section

2. Navigate to the Commerce Manager from the navigation menu
3. Now click on the Add products button.
4. Give your catalog a name. Feel free to give the name whatever you'd like here. Then click the next button.
5. Enable any tracking events you'd like but not required and click next.
6. Select Connect to a data feed and click next.
7. Navigate to Embed360 and under sales channels select Meta facebook and instagram.
8. Next, click on the import listings button. Note, whenever you make changes to your etsy listings, come back here and be sure to import your listings.
9. Copy the provided url to your clipboard as shown.
10. Head back to the commerce manager and paste the copied link into the input box provided and click next.
11. Confirm the feed settings. I'd recommend updating the data feed once a week but you can manually update the feed at any time later. Finally, click the upload button.
12. The import can take some time to complete. Once the import has completed, you should see your imported listings under products section.
