How to update my listing on FB and IG


  1. Log into Etsy360: https://app.embed360.co/sales-channel/meta
  2. Click on the Import Listings button. Wait for the import to complete.
  3. Log into your Facebook Shop (Commerce Manager) https://business.facebook.com/commerce
  4. Select Data Source in the left column and then under Data Feens click on Clock icon just below the Name title

  1. Click on Upload now button

  1. Scroll down a bit and click on Request update now button.

That's it... your Facebook and / or Instagram Etsy Product catalog has been imported. Remember that it will take several minutes to complete.
